Bedding Arrangement
Mrs Philpotts accommodes a maximum of 7 guests. If you are travelling as a larger group then our adjoining cottage, The Duck House, accommodates an additional 5 guests.
Main bedroom: 1 queen bed and ensuite.
Second bedroom: 1 double bed.
Third bedroom: 2 single beds.

Tariff on a Per Night Basis
The following tariffs are shown on a per night basis:
Single: $140
Double: $180
3 Adults: $220
4 Adults: $260
5 Adults: $300
6 Adults: $340
- Prices are inclusive of GST and full breakfast
- Extra child up to 17 yrs $20 per night
